When Paulo was young, Paulo had the privilege of being baptized by his grandfather, bishop George Del Rosario. Together with his cousins, he declared his faith in Jesus at a young age.

After a few years, he decided to be baptized once more. Paulo re-committed his life to follow Jesus and declared his total dependence on God.
