The Key To A Radiant Life

Have you ever had those days when nothing seems to go your way? Me too! It happens every time I don’t get to spend some quiet time in the morning.

We all want radiant, happy days. I always pray for this! Don’t you?

One morning I read Exodus 34:29-35, which talked about “The Radiant Face of Moses”.

Verse 29 – “When Moses came down from mount Sinai
with the two tablets of the testimony in his hands,
he was not aware that his face was radiant
because he had spoken with the Lord.”

Radiant Life

This is the benefit of talking to God. Our face – OUR LIVES will show an attractive quality of happiness, love, health. Our lives will shine brightly.

My mom always tells me that she knows if a person spends quality time with God. She can see it in the way we talk, the way we decide, the way we think, and the way we deal with circumstances.

I want to connect this with our trip to Ulingan Tondo, better known as the charcoal factory. We went there for Joseph Feeding Mission’s outreach and we stayed there for hours! I vividly remember that after the feeding, all of our JFM uniforms and shoes were dirty. My camera smell like charcoal smoke! It lasted for weeks before the smell was completely gone.

I believe that it’s similar to how we spend time with God. The more time we spend with God, the more evident God becomes in our lives. We exude godly qualities without even being aware of it! It is in Him where we can reach the epitome of greatness, peace, love, joy, health, good vibes, favors, and so much more!

Who wouldn’t want that? When we spend time with Him, His characters will flow through us naturally, as natural as breathing. Just like what happened to Moses!

Moses went up the mountain just to talk with God. We have no excuse because we have the privilege of talking with Him and spending time with Him anytime, anywhere!
